Pranava Nidumolu
Pranava Nidumolu is a rising senior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (Ranked #1 high school in the USA). He is the CEO and founder of the Gen Z Leaders initiative, an initiative to create a platform for Generation Z to support, connect, and collaborate. He is also the CEO and co-founder of Innovative Youth, an initiative to spark innovation in the minds of children. Most recently, Innovative Youth hosted an Innovation Challenge in order to encourage children to be creative during the challenging times of COVID-19.
He is on the organizing committee of the South Asian Youth Symposium, held twice at the white house. The symposium addresses various aspects of empowering and educating the youth on important subjects such as bullying, future careers, self-confidence, etc. He has been serving as a STEM ambassador for his school since elementary school and has presented his research work multiple times at the USA Science and Engineering Festival, the largest science festival in the world.
He was also the co-author of a research paper that was published in the International Journal of Social Science and Economic Research. He is one of the youngest Certified Scrum Masters (CSM) in the world. He is currently working on integrating Agile methodologies into his academics and research work. He has also been a member of the Teen MENSA High IQ Society since he was 7 years old. He was part of a team that participated in Odyssey of the Mind - a highly competitive global, creative problem-solving competition for kids of all ages. His team won the regional and state levels, and was invited to participate in the world finals two years in a row.
His objective is to explore new technologies, specifically in the fields of Cybersecurity and Management Information Systems. He is currently pursuing AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Pranava lives in Northern Virginia with his parents and his younger sister. He enjoys playing basketball and fortnite in his free time. He also enjoys listening to music and watching movies.
